It is very important to carefully fill-in the field Tracky 'User name', since the license you buy will only work for this user name!
The 'User name' Tracky uses corresponds with the name of your PDA as configured in the 'Owner Information'. This name should be at least 2 characters long, otherwise it will be rejected by the Tracky license mechanism. To change this name, follow the steps as mentioned below, depending on your operating system version.
Quit Tracky
Go to the start menu and tap the ‘Settings’ icon (see figure 1).
Choose ‘All settings’ (see figure 2).
Tap the ‘Personal’ icon (see figure 3).
Tap the ‘Owner Information’ icon (see figure 4).
Specify a reasonable name (your own name for example) in the field 'name' (see figure 5).
Now start Tracky again and the same name will show-up in the license dialogue (see figure 6).
After your order has been completed, you will receive a license key which you need to fill-in just below the user name (see figure 4).
If the above steps cannot be performed since you for example cannot find the entry 'Owner Information', then just go to your Contacts and use the name as mentioned in contact 'Me'.
